Your forms and responses belong to you and live in your Google account, subject to Google's own terms. You are responsible for the links you create and share, and for having the right to collect whatever your forms collect.
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive (phishing, impersonation), or abusive (spam, malware). We may disable links or accounts that violate this.
Pro features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store and are managed and billed by Apple. Prices are shown before purchase; you can cancel any time in your App Store subscription settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
